Qué queremos decir cuando decimos “Latinx-led”?

GBLN supports, advocates for and consists of Latinx leaders and advocates who are fiercely proud of the work they do in highly diverse communities. Latinx leadership means representing our shared identities across industries, sectors, and organizations to create more inclusive and purposeful opportunities for Latinx engagement and empowerment. We are committed to amplifying and elevating Latinx voices and experiences. In embracing our culture, we embody a mission and vision of advancing the Latinx community and addressing our collective needs. From empowering youth to supporting our elders, we foster community wellbeing and create spaces where we all work towards the shared goal of expanding social, economic and political equity.
