On the day of Latina Equal Pay Day 2022, this panel offers a discussion of a recent Gaston Institute report which gives an in-depth look at the difference between the median wage income and other labor market outcomes of Latina and Non-Latina women in the Massachusetts workforce. Latina workers are one of the fastest-growing populations in the labor force, yet many still face structural disparities and discrimination that result in low wages and other negative labor market outcomes.
